Registration Using
Call$ave service does not involve any changes to equipment or to your
current existing services. You can choose to use your Call$ave service as
an alternative to any other service you presently have. This service is
not available for calls from mobile phones.

your calls from; usually your home number, office number, or fax number as
required. There is no limit to the numbers you can connect. Do not
list destination numbers here. If you have more numbers you wish
connected, please send them in an email after you have submitted your
application form.

authority will remain in force until revoked by me in writing. I understand
it is my responsibility to ensure funds are available to cover the cost of my
